An updated message from Pediatric Dental Center:

Welcome back, we are excited to see you!! Beginning May 18, we are selectively opening our schedule to include routine dental care for many patients.

In accordance with the expanded guidelines of the state of Idaho, OSHA, the ADA, and CDC, we are making a few changes in protocols to ensure the upmost safety of our patients and staff.

Upon scheduling and arrival at your appointment, we will be asking patients to truthfully disclose any issues regarding the following questions:

1. Have you had close contact with any persons with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis?
2. Have you had any recent symptoms of COVID-19 or flu (fever, cough, shortness of breath, extended fatigue)?
3. Have you had any major travel out of the region or time spent in an airport in the past two weeks?
4. Is anyone in your household sick, or been sick in the last two weeks?

In an effort to reduce risk to fellow patients, our waiting room is partially closed. Please consider the following:

• Please come to your appointment with limited extra family or friends.
• When you arrive, call or text from your car and we will let you know when we are ready for your appointment.

As an office, we are increasing many of our own protections and workflow precautions to keep our staff healthy and safe as well.
